  •  Requirements

    1. +10 years of corporate pricing management or product marketing experiences

    2. Understanding of supply chain of semiconductor industry a huge plus

    3. Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking capability

    4. Demonstrated track record of pricing excellence

    5. Great presentation skills with corporate executives

    6. Ideal candidate may be from World class electronic IDMs pricing management, financial analyst covering semiconductor, or consumer powerhouses

Director – Customer Service Process and Operation Division 

  • Responsibilities

    1.Managing "Prototyping Service (tape out and cybershuttle) Operation"

    2.Advance Technology Support and training for CSV team

    3.Managing Customer Service System and Implementation. Candidate will also review the service efficiency and coach staffs to work closely with other TSMC managers to identify/implement improvements to ensure the service quality and to add values for customer relationship.

  •  Requirements

    1. Master degrees or above

    2. Minimum 15 years experience in Operations and/or CSV

    3. Strong understanding of foundry business, and TSMC working model

    4. Ability to multitask in high pressure environment

    5. Excellent people and management skills

Manager – Customer Service Sales Account Manager 

  • Responsibilities 

    This role is primary service contact for customer and regional office including:

    1. Provide solution effectively and enhance flexibility, in meeting and surpassing commitment to customers.

    2. Identify service requirements and provide integrated customer-centric information.

    3. Prepare and host customer visit and follow-up with action requirement.

    4. Timely update customer's status and escalate customer's issue to management.

    5. Pilot run management and production lots monitoring.

    6. Abnormal event handling.

  •  Requirements
     

    1. Minimum Master degree majoring in Engineering or Science.

    2. At least 6~8 years in semiconductor industry or related field.

    3. Additional experience in IC basic circuit design, Process Integration, Product Engineering, and Test will be a plus.

    4. Proven capabilities in program management, communication and management skills would be preferred.

    5. Must be effectively bilingual in Mandarin and English

Sales Account Manager

  • Responsibilities

    The role is responsible for maximizing sales and gross margins through the effective management of sales account, and developing effective business plans in generating and winning sales.

  •  Requirements

    1.Minimum Bachelor degree majoring in Physics, EE, Computer Science.

    2.Must have at least 10 years of experience in semiconductor companies, either in IC design / application or product marketing roles. Those with sound knowledge of the semiconductor foundry business model or IC design would be advantageous.

    3.Proven capabilities in customers’ requirement handling, cross culture negotiation, excellent presentation skills and leading sales team would be preferred.

    4.Must be effectively bilingual in Mandarin and English
